Spinal Stenosis

Spinal stenosis is narrowing inside your Spine, which leads to pressure on your nerves. This can put pressure on the spinal cord and spinal nerves which leads to pain in your low back and legs, and may give you trouble with standing and walking. Some people with spinal stenosis have no symptoms. Others may experience pain, tingling, numbness and muscle weakness. Symptoms can get worse over time. Treatment may include medications, physical therapy, epidural steroid injections, and surgery.
